Words

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=Hzgzim5m7oU    When I watched this video I felt sad for the man because everybody was just passing by him.  As soon as the lady came and changed the sign I wanted to know what was on it.  I wanted to know what made everybody stop and help.  I didn't know how much words could change something until I saw this.
